Refund policy
- Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
- Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.
- Reverse pick up: We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the request approval date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.
- Refunds: Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection, and we will issue a refund within 7 days if it passes our inspection process.
- A clear package opening video of the delivered product is mandatory for any return or replacement. The video must:
- Show the shipping label clearly.
- Show the package being opened from its sealed state.
- Capture the product in full, highlighting any defects or issues.
- Items without an opening video will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Cancellation & Refund
- Full refund if Order is cancelled before it is accepted by us.
- 2. No cancellation or refund if your order has been accepted or shipped.
- We are totally committed to delivering your orders on time, however, if the order is cancelled by us you will get a full refund.
