Shipping Policy
Timely Delivery: ENCIGER makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely product delivery. Users are encouraged to review the terms of this Delivery Policy. If you disagree, we advise accepting the Terms of Use and the Shipping and Delivery Policy and suggest refraining from using our platforms. By accepting the terms in this Shipping and Delivery Policy, you agree to be bound by them without modification.
Shipping Origin: All products are shipped from our warehouse in Gurugram, India, to the provided shipping address. We partner with third-party courier services such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, Indian Dak, and Aramex to facilitate deliveries. Details of the delivery partners will be shared once the purchased product is handed over to the courier.
Complete Address Required: Customers must provide a complete street address along with pin code details when placing an order.
Processing Days: Orders are processed on weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
Multiple Product Orders: If you order multiple products in one transaction, we will try to ship them together; however, this may not always be possible. Only one shipping address can be processed per order. If you want to ship items to different addresses, each address will be treated as a separate order.
P.O. Box Addresses: We do not ship to post office box addresses and cannot take responsibility for non-delivery if an order is sent to a P.O. box and not received by the customer.
Order Modification: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or modified. However, requests for address changes made within 12 hours of placing the order are accepted. For any concerns or inquiries, please reach out to us at contact us info@enciger.com.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after this, the courier will inform us of the non-delivery.
Product Availability: We strive to keep stock of all products listed on our website. If you place a custom order for an unavailable product, delivery may take longer. We will proactively communicate the status of your order via your registered mobile number or email.
Responsibility for Packages: ENCIGER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it has been left at the customer's address by the courier agency.
Order Alteration Requests: Once an order is placed, no alterations can be made, except for address changes within 24 hours of the order. Please email us with your alteration request, and we will accommodate it.
Multiple Address Orders: Currently, we do not offer the option for multiple address orders. If you wish to send products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
Shipping Address Accuracy: Courier companies impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, so please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If an order needs to be reshipped due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
Delivery Timeline: You can generally expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days of placing it. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be entertained, but store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis for future purchases.
Tracking Your Order: Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Your order can be tracked through the “Track Order” section in your account on our website.
